Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) About Our Training Courses.
What do I need to bring to class?
Our classes are designed to be a stand-alone experience and do not require participants to bring anything to a class other than an open mind and willingness to learn.
Do I get a copy of the slides?
All participants will get a printed copy of the slides on the day they show up for a class. You can purchase slides for any of our courses in advance on Amazon.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payments, credit cards, personal or business check or money orders. Please contact us if you have questions on the payment method.
What time do classes start and how long do they go each day?
Public Classes: 8:30 AM and run to 4:30 PM, local time.
Virtual Classes: 11:00 a.m. - 4:30 am EST (PMI-ACP class is from 11:00 am -6:00 pm EST)
Class Locations
Our public class locations are in San Deigo, Metro Boston and Honolulu. The training location is based upon enrollment and will be confirmed 1 week prior to training.
Parking
If you are driving to our location, we will email out parking options with a reminder prior to the event.
Hotel Reservations

PDU Reporting for PMPs and those applying for PMI’s Agile Certification
PMPs may file for up to 1 PDUs per hour under PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements and courses can also be applied to the required 21 contact hours that must be earned in Agile project management topics as part of the PMI-ACPSM application process. What happens if a class is cancelled?
In the case that a class is cancelled by Cape Project Management, Inc., participants are entitled to transfer to another class or receive a full refund at their discretion.
What is the cancellation policy for a ticket I've already purchased?
Public training participants who cancel their registrations up to 30 days prior to the registered class will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled class, the participant will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to a class start, or registered participants who do not attend the training without providing prior notice, will be not be eligible for a refund or credit and will be charged the full amount of the registration. All cancellation requests must be made via email to our Director of Training, dan@capeprojectmanagement.com.
Cape Project Management, Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time as well as review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of family or health emergencies, hardship cases etc.
