FROM PRACTICE TO PERFORMANCE

Agile improvement starts with an honest view of how work happens now.

This course is designed for teams that have completed foundational Agile or Scrum training and have been practicing for at least six months. It creates the space to step back from day-to-day delivery, examine what is working, and identify where habits have drifted from effective practice.

Concise instruction is combined with facilitated exercises and open discussion. The result is not a generic maturity score. It is a shared understanding of current performance and a practical improvement plan shaped around the organization’s real teams, constraints, and goals.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Turn experience into a clear path forward.
